Reviewed Creamed Spinach
"OMG!!! THE BEST CREAMED SPINACH EVA!!! I used fresh spinach leaves and after reading the other reviews I used 1-1/2 tbls red chili flakes instead of the recommended 2 tablespoons -- 1 tbl would've been less enough. This is a fabulous dish...nothing diet about this, but we won't have it too often. Now, my son is asking for mashed potatoes to go with the leftovers! Thank you Sunny Anderson!"
