"Very tasty and versatile recipe. Next time I will use less sour cream and more eggs. I already doubled the eggs but want a thicker consistency. It was so full of flavor though! I added sauteed scallions to the mix and omitted the flour. Enjoy!"

I love all sorts of foods and cuisines. Currently, my favorite restaurant is Havana Rumba. It is a Cuban restaurant here in my city, Louisville,KY. It is very tasty.
Naturally I am now trying my hand at preparing some traditional Cuban dishes. So far, so good.
