This was fabulous! I was looking for some different to make using frozen corn and this was just delicious. I can't wait to try it with fresh corn. My son (who doesn't really care for mayo) never knew it was in there and asked for more. Great recipe!

WOW! This was absolutely amazing! The pork was perfect and the sauce put it over the top! We liked the relish, but the pork and sauce were so good we thought the relish wasn't necessary and covered up the yummy flavors of the pork. I cannot wait to make this again.

I was really worried how balsamic vinaigrette and mayo could work together, but we loved this! I made Emeril's balsamic vinaigrette recipe, which is great. I will definitely make this again. It was a nice change for something different in a pasta salad.

We loved these! I wanted full sized egg rolls so I bought egg roll wrappers and doubled the filling (but used ground pork instead of shrimp). Super tasty and we also like the dipping sauce. It was different than the standard sweet and sour, and hot mustard.

I made this into one quiche. I placed my pie crust into my cast iron skillet, and pre-baked for a few minutes. I did add a little half & half to the eggs. Took about 40 minutes to bake. Very good!

This was AMAZING! Everyone loved it and the sauce was killer good! The only thing I did differently was to leave out the paprika on the steak. Instead I rubbed with a cut garlic clove and seasoned with kosher salt and pepper. Everything was outstanding!"
