"I love these greens. I've made them two years in a row for Thanksgiving and Christmas, and they're just so good. I use whatever seasonal greens are available in my neighborhood, and they are a no-fail recipe for some darn tasty greens.
Reviewed Ginger Pumpkin Tart
"This is a super easy way to make that traditional pumpkin pie in a snap. The ginger crust is PERFECT! I made it with 2 cups fresh pumpkin for lack of canned pumpkin where I live, and it still tasted amazing. With 2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, and 1/4 tsp ground ginger, it's even better.
