About Me
Lived overseas for many years and experienced a diversity in culture. This ignited my desire to learn to "cook the way the locals do." Had returned back into baking; noted that one's stock knowledge and skills in this domain do stay on despite the absence of doing due to a busy schedule.
Favorite Foods
I love food cooked in butter and cream, cheese and seafood, and exotic spices. I love Asian delights and Mediterranean flavors.
