Reviewed Maple-Roasted Turkey with Sage, Smoked Bacon, and Cornbread Stuffing

"First Turkey I ever made and it was delicious! Juicy, tasty nice crispy skin.

1) Didn't do stuffing- just put in quartered onion, halved lemon and bunch of parsley.
2) Followed directions on prep and cooking BUT I forgot about the maple glaze and forgot to put salt in the sage butter.

Reviewed Old School Sweet Potato Souffle

" Great For Make A Head Dish!

Followed directions all the way thru cooking in oven the day before.
Refrig over night/Travel to location next day and let it come to room temp. Put topping on top and let it heat/toast the topping in 375 oven for about 30 min. It would have been much shorter time to heat up, but the oven was sharing space with rol"

Reviewed Chive Biscuits

"Fluffy, light, melt in your mouth biscuits. I used closer to 1 cup of half and half. Only used 1/3 cup of chives to see how they tasted(very delicate flavor of chive) and will do full 1/2 cup next time. Wow!
