"This is a great change of pace as far as tomatoe sauces go. I did have to use a different kind of yellow tomato, unfortunately yellow beefsteaks aren't readily available where I live. I used orange oxhearts. It worked great."

About Me

I work in the pizza business, but our parlor also prepares all kinds of great Italian food. I got my interest in cooking from my mother, who was half Italian and she cooked at a very upscale boarding house during WWII. She was trained there by a Romanian lady who had been classicly trained in both France and Italy. Many of my food creations are what my mother showed me.

Favorite Foods

Anything Italian is my favorite, but I also enjoy Asian inspired dishes. Although I don't cook a lot of French dishes I do enjoy authentic French cusine.
