I took a few shortcuts because I made this after a very long day, but overall, love the recipe! I microwaved my potatoes to save time, cut down on the broth to just 3 cups as other reviewers suggested, used frozen carrots which were pre-chopped, and instead of making the time intensive crust I mixed 2c of biquick with 2/3c of milk and 1c of chedda"
