"I have been trying to like Kale chips since someone decided they were good as a healthy snack, having some issues with them. I am from Chicago and love Jeff Mauro, but this is nasty. They are soggy. I remade the chips again, but the second time I put them on a rack in a tray rather than on parchment paper. They are a bit crisper that way. Als"
