Reviewed Drop Biscuit Chicken Pot Pie

"After watching this episode I was looking forward to trying this recipe. It turned out awful. The best part was the drop biscuits w/ herbs. Everything else was not seasoned well enough, following the recipe directions. The sauce was too thin, even adding more flour to it. Reviewed Summer Corn Fettuccine

"This was such a disappointing recipe. I followed it to the letter and it was just blah. It wasn't horrible but I won't make it again. Reviewed Spicy Macaroni and Cheese

"My husband loved this dish, it was easy to make and turned out great. I ommitted the nutmeg and used hot sauce in place of cayenne. We still had the kick but next time I will add the nutmeg back in and try it. I did have to add about 5 minutes to the first baking cycle to get all the cheese melted. It took me longer than posted to make it but it was well worth the time. "

Reviewed Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes

"The potatoes were creamy and good, but the garlic flavor was a too mild for all that work of roasting the garlic. I have gotten the same result throwing a few cloves into my boiling water before. I would make this again but next time maybe roast a few extra cloves of garlic. "

Reviewed Pan Fried Meatloaf in Tricolor Peppers

"I made this recipe last night. It was great, easy to follow and was very tasty. I substituted tomato sauce for the crushed tomatoes to make the sauce because we like our sauce thicker, it still turned out great. My husband raved about the dish and I will be making this recipe again. "
