Reviewed caramelized bacon

Made this for Kentucky Derby Party yesterday. I followed some comments to bake a bit before and then add the topping. I used a pound of bacon instead of a half pound and still had plenty of topping. It was just delicious and all my guests really enjoyed it. And being able to make it ahead was a real time saver. Will definitely make again.

Reviewed Sausage-Stuffed Mushrooms

I just made these for Thanksgiving so made ahead and cooked one test mushroom. Followed the recipe exactly except after browning the sausage I deglazed the pan with a little Marsala. These are absolutely delicious and I can't wait to serve these to my family. Thanks again Ina. You never dissapoint !""
