My Activity

Reviewed Wheat Berry Salad

"Unbelievable. Absolutely delicious. I did double the lemon juice and olive oil as it made a lot. I've passed on the recipe and we all fight over who's going to bring it to summer picnics."

Reviewed Myrna's Hungarian Pecan Cookies

"FANTASTIC. Easy. Quick. Melt in your mouth. I used margarine instead of butter and could not taste any difference. Also, I noticed if you roll them in the powdered sugar while they are still hot, you may have to do it twice."

Reviewed Chewy Ginger Cookies

"Delicious. The crystalized ginger adds the chew. These cookies were easy and melt in your mouth. Also it did not require refrigeration which is common when making a gingerbread dough."

Reviewed Pumpkin Bread Pudding with Spicy Caramel Apple Sauce and Vanilla Bean Creme Anglaise

"My bread pudding is in the oven and so far all the individual components are delicious. Comment for the creme anglaise. Important not to let the half and half get to boiling. My first attempt, even though I let it cool, ended up scrambling my yolks. 2nd time around I was careful to watch for simmer bubbles and it worked out wonderfully. This "

Reviewed Red Velvet Cake

"I noticed this doesn't have any baking powder. Did everyone's come out flat? Is this an error in the recipe?
