Reviewed Roasted Asparagus with Hollandaise

"I give this recipe three stars because I loved the ease of using a blender to make it, but the seasoning to me was just off. There is in my opinion too much lemon. As someone who is new to making hollandaise sauce, I followed her directions and proportions carefully. I made the mistake of using table salt instead of kosher, but aside from that I found the flavor of lemon overwhelming. It made my mouth pucker when I tried it and I didn't find it pleasant at all. I still like the process she used to make it, but I'm definitely changing the seasoning proportions to my taste. I also think they should include how much salt to substitute if you're not using kosher since not everyone has it available in their kitchens.
