"This was so flavorful! We had them in lettuce cups. I did replace half the mayo with sour cream. Next time I may use all sour cream. I think some bacon would be good in this also. This is so versatile. I bet this dressing would be good over potato salad. Maybe even with a little lime added. Thanks for this excellent recipe!"

About Me
Im 25 years old living in Indiana. I have lived here all my life and enjoy it. My husband and I recently got hitched and bought our first home in the country. We have two cats and a dog, which are like our kids and we spoil to death.
I love to cook and enjoy making new recipes that Ive never had before. My husband enjoys it as well! I love making him dishes that he's never had before to expand his palet, as well as mine, even though he is quite a picky eater. Foodnetwork, food.com(recipezaar), and allrecipes has given me great ideas and a great library of favorite recipes!
My favorite chefs on foodnetwork have to be Bobby Flay, Paula Dean, Guy, Emeril, Giada, Tyler, and Rachael Ray. You know your always gonna get something good when making their recipes.
Im not much of a baker. I will bake at times but I normally get bored with it. Even though I love to eat the outcome
I love the outdoors. On a nice day I love going to parks and enjoying the scenery. I love camping, fishing and just having a great time. We have a home bar and I love to bartend and perfect different cocktails. One of my favorite drinks is the mai tai. Amaretto and Southern Comfort is my favorite liqueurs.
Favorite Foods
This is hard because I have so many favorite foods. Any type of pasta dish, chicken dish, or anything with crab in it is always a winner for me. My favorite cookbooks are Taste of Home. The contest winning series always seems to have the great recipes. I have not made one recipe in those books that has been bad. Along with favorite foods, you cant forget about all the great restaurants out there that have your favorite dishes. My favorites include, Ocharleys, Olive Garden, TGI Fridays, The Cheesecake Factory, Tumbleweed, and Applebees. Along with all your local chains.
