so tasty! just the right amount of heat, and an awesome tang from the tomato paste and the vinegar! it does get a little oily when it's done, but just a little scoop and you're ready to go. i served it over mashed potatoes this time, but will definitely be trying the polenta next time. thanks Melissa, another awesome dish to put in my collection!""

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO good! I was always afraid to make pot roast due to some very dry, bland roasts I remember having growing up. That was not the case at all with this roast. So tender and flavorful! I made it for the first time last week, and I'm making it again tonight for our pre trick or treating feast. Enjoy! ps, i also added potatoes,very good...
