i thought these would be fantastic. Who doesn't love cheesecake and in cookie form, c'mon a no brainer. Well they were okay but the dough is very dry and needs more moisture becasue it breaks when rolling and doesn't form corrrectly. The cheesecake filling is terrific though. Just tweek teh dough a bit and theyb will be as Sandra says, BEAUTIFUL."
