"i thought these would be fantastic. Who doesn't love cheesecake and in cookie form, c'mon a no brainer. Well they were okay but the dough is very dry and needs more moisture becasue it breaks when rolling and doesn't form corrrectly. The cheesecake filling is terrific though. Just tweek teh dough a bit and theyb will be as Sandra says, BEAUTIFUL."

I am a mother of 3 and love to cook. I am always in my kitchen either making meals snacks or just for fun. I consider myself somewhta of a foodie but not snobbishly. I am the home every kid hangs out at and cook meals for at least 8 kids a day or more. My favorite shows on FN are 5 Ingredient Fix and The Barefoot Contessa oh and Pioneer Woman.
