Outstanding! I will double the broth next time, a few too many onions for me, but my husband loved it!

Very, very salty! The salt, pepper and oregano must be a typo here - tsp instead of tbs? The lamb was cooked perfectly and loved the topping, but...!

Outstanding! Served this to a true southern lady, and she said it was the best she'd ever tasted! Great appetizer, and just to have around when you get that craving - and you will!

Reviewed Butternut Squash and Italian Sausage Soup

Oct 17, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com

In a word - fabulous! What a unique pairing, but it really works. Be careful not to puree to much, mine was a bit too thin. I did not use the strainer like other reviewers suggested, which gave it more texture. I used toasted pepitas as a garnish, and served with Giada's Fontina Cheese Crostini. Yummy! Just as good the next day.

Outstanding! I did use a ham bone and pieces of ham in place of the sausage, since I had these left over from Christmas. Very strong smell when initially cooking, but just perfect after the 1 1/2 hours! Great way to ring in the New Year!"

Dec 8, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Very good! I marinated skinnless chicken breasts all night, grilled them in the morning for sandwiches that night for Thursday Night Football party - was a big hit! I used Hawaiin Sweet Rolls and two flavors complimented each other perfectly. Also, used a red beer."

Very good! I like the fact of no cream in this recipe - yet it's moist and flavorful. The only tweak I made was replace one cup of stock with white wine. "

Followed the directions, and reviewers suggestions, such as: good quality block cheese, added American cheese and some ground mustard. Result: curdled mac and cheese with very little flavor - yuck! "

Not too impressed! Tasted just OK, but visually, very unappealing! The cream rose to the top over the bread crumbs and cheese, and looked quite unappetizing.""

Reviewed Roasted Turkey Breast with Peach Rosemary Glaze

Aug 30, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Wow, this was fantastic! I used our CO Palisades peaches in place of frozen, and what a wonderful glaze flavor! Definitely agree with other postings regarding the need to broil the turkey for browning the skin, closer to an hour of roasting time, and glaze took longer than 12 minutes to thicken. Paired it with green bean almondine, and it was ...
