My Activity

Reviewed Pappa Al Pomodoro

"I made this soup this afternoon because I had leftover Italian bread, some cans of crushed tomatoes to use up, and the last bloom of my prolific basil plant. Reviewed Baked Sweet Potato "Fries"

"Usually 5 stars for Ina, but I made these tonight as my "dinner" (hubby out and found them to be tasty, but certainly not crispy as Ina said they would be. I loved them and ate all of my sweet potato fries from one large potato. I did slice it thinner in hopes of crispiness.""

Reviewed Curried Chicken Salad

"I actually used leftovers from Ina's barbequed chicken breasts for this and took off the skin. The salad was wonderful and the chicken was flavorful. I also went a little lighter on the kosher salt and curry, but that is always a personal preference.""

Reviewed Tuna Salad

"A winner! I used left over grilled Ahi tuna and it was spectacular. I did not have lime, so substituted lemon and it was fine. My husband loved it.""

Reviewed Blueberry Sauce

"I did strain this as suggested, but I used the "jam" with FF Greek yogurt instead of tossing it. The sauce was great on angel food cake with a little ice cream on the side.""
