Reviewed Crab Cakes

"I made this one night as an appetizer for a dinner for some friends. They were a hit. I had people asking me to make more after they were all gone. I did substitute a second egg in the recipe to make them stick together a little better. I also used imitation crab since it was a little more reasonable. All in all though these crab cakes rock"

Favorite Foods

I started trying to cook to try and learn some southern dishes to be able to impress my family with.( since i was born and raised in seattle and my moms side of the family is from new orleans) It turned into me figuring out that I enjoy cooking a lot. One of my "famous" recipes is gumbo. Ive had a lot of people request me to make it for them.
