“I've been making these for 4 decades, & this recipe is off. You must boil the sugar mixture for 3 full minutes, stirring constantly - you're sorta making candy. Also, that's too much PB! I swear by 1/3 cup. Indeed, 3.5 Tbsp. is plenty of cocoa.
These are sensitive to humidity in the environment, so you can't just dump in 3 cups...”
