OMG This was sooo good! First time making lamb stew and was so happy with how easy and tasty this was. Never tried or even heard of cipollline onions before. My husband doesn't like onions in general, but these were so melt in your mouth good. Will use this recipe for beef too! Thanks Giada!

Love this fondue recipe. We've had a recipe we used for years but couldn't find it. This one is really similar. We never added fresh lemon juice before; we thought it hadn't a nice freshness to the recipe. Yummy! Broccoli is excellent when dipped in this fondue

Great recipe! Easy to make and it has a little bite to it. I did half ground turkey instead of all sausage. I also added 1/4 tsp turmeric to my rice and that was good too. I also used red bell peppers instead of green because I like the taste of red. My husband loved it and I would do again and again."

This was very good. I took advice from others and totally drained carrots and yams and then added broth to desired consistency. They were slightly chunky. I would definitely make again.

This is a winner. Never made fish tacos before and they were delish with just the right amount of spice. Our family isn't big on onions so I put jicama in the slaw instead of sliced red onion. The jalapeno does add a little bite. I would definitely do this one again. It took me about an hour to prepare.
