"These really were the "ultimate" banana muffins! I changed it up a little bit, because my son and boyfriend aren't a fan of nuts (even though I LOVE pecans). I added 1 cup of mini chocolate chips and they were so yummy! Not too choc. just a hint. :D Then, instead of seperating the bananas from the 2 mashed and 2 blended...I blended it all for ""
