This has become my favorite chocolate cake recipe. Ina is right good chocolate and cocoa powder is very important. I use cocoa powder from William and Sonoma and I mix my semi-sweet chocolate with a good dark chocolate (72% +) and it comes out great. Like something out of a gourmet bakery. ""
