My Activity

Reviewed Caesar Salad

"This is an excellent dressing. It is quick to make and is an absolute must as a dip on artichokes as well as using on hearts of romain. On the show he used lemon juice that is not in this recipe for some reason. I used two tablespoons and it was perfect. I think this dressing is perfectly balanced with the lemon, anchovies and Parmigiano-Reggiano "

Reviewed Easy Moist Banana Blueberry Muffins

"No need to try any more recipes... this one has the rest beat hands down. The name of the recipe should be "Best Ever Easy Moist Banana Blueberry Muffins". They are super flavorful, super moist, and super easy to make! My daughter and I just made these for Mother;s Day. I can;t think of a better present than fixing my favorite fruit combi..."

Reviewed Chocolate Mint Brownie Bites

"I am NOT a baker, but the recipe was easy to follow. My brownies did not turn out, however. I think it has to do with the fact that I live at 3,605' above sea level. Reviewed Cinnamon Rolls

"I am NOT a baker, and these actually came out like cinnamon rolls! After reading through the comments, and not being a maple fan, I used Denise Chadds Ford's cream cheese icing and they were fabulous! The first half didn't turn out as pretty as the second half of the batch because I didn't follow directions and rolled the first half away from me r"

Reviewed Mini Leek Quiches

"This was a simple and easy recipe. Based on other reviews, I opted to use the Crescent Rolls instead of the pie dough. I separated the crescent rolls into rectangles (2 triangles that formed the rectangle) and alternated the cut between the two triangles to form one stack and then rolled them out to a rectangular sheet about 1/8" thick. The one ca"

About Me

I am a caterer. I learned to cook from watching the FoodNetwork back in 1996. Emeril convinced me cooking was not rocket science or brain surgery, so I have been having fun creating recipes and cooking for others. I started catering in 2005, and except for the bad economy, have had fun and used to make good money doing it.

Favorite Foods

I love everything but internal organs, with the exception of foie gras which I first had at Emeril's Fish House in Las Vegas. YUM!
