This was easy and delicious. I much prefer this to tomato sauce. I added the chicken broth while I pur�ed the red pepper mixture but that was only change I made. I will make this regularly.

Very tasty dish and easy to pull together. I did some reviews said it was a little bland and since everything is better with bacon, I crisped some pancetta and cooked the chicken in the drippings with some butter and olive oil. Added great flavor and texture. Will definitely make again."

This was quick, easy and just delicious! The only thing I did different was add broccoli because my family likes it - everything else was exactly to the recipe. The flavor was great, the meal was satisfying and I will definitely make this often. No way I would can make this in 16 minutes but definitely under 30."

I liked this. Been looking for a way to enjoy oatmeal since it's so healthy and this finally did the trick. I have a 5-qt crockpot so I doubled the recpie and used skim milk for some of the water. I used dried cherries and added vanilla and 2 cinnamon sticks. This cooked in 4 hours on low so if I ever did it overnight, I'd set the crockpot on "
