This recipe is awesome! The mascarpone cheese adds such flavor. It's like an Alfredo Sauce without all the butter. I added more spinach to it other than that I followed the recipe "to a T". I'll definately be making this again. I'm going to try it with other vegetables as well. Thanks Giada!""

Emeril!!!!! I love this recipe. I am having company today and made these and your fried green tomatoes, amongst other things. The only reson I gave it four stars isI am not liking the cumin in the poppers. I really love cumin, and the flavor in these is subtle. I would definately make these many more times.
