"I followed the directions exactly. The Turkey looked beautiful. The turkey tasted very good but I used a thermometer ( the same one that Alton Brown used) and followed the directions, removing the turkey at 161 degrees, and the inside was not done enough. I will make this recipe again, just leaving the turkey in for a bit more"

Hello. I am a doctor who loves to cook! We live in West Palm Beach, FL. The kids are in college so I have a lot more time to try new recipes. I recently have enjoyed participating in the food.com community events. My hubby ( we have been together since 2007) likes what i cook, most of the time. he gives me the "thumbs up" ( or the thumbs down).
