Absolute best ANYONE has to offer. Been to Ruth's Criss (so-so by comparison), Chops, a specialty steak house on a cruise ship that made me miss The Precinct, and two Brazilian steak houses as well as other unmemorable steak houses.... OMG! The best daggone meatloaf I've ever made. I did, however, put the loaf in a glass baking dish with about 4 strips of bacon on top. Just too lazy to clean the broiler pan! Thanks, Ree... this is the first of your recipes I've tried and I'm sure I'll be looking for more."

I liked the finished product, but was confused by the amaretto confetioner's sugar; never heard of it but that's just one more thing I've never heard of.
