"OMG! The best daggone meatloaf I've ever made. I did, however, put the loaf in a glass baking dish with about 4 strips of bacon on top. Just too lazy to clean the broiler pan! Thanks, Ree... this is the first of your recipes I've tried and I'm sure I'll be looking for more."
