TYPO! if you follow the recipe as written, bbuckser is absolutely right! I did (from his cookbook; same typo and you could fix your driveway or cover a roof with it - TAR!!! but cutting the balsamic to 1/2 cup and reducing it to 1/4 cup works - and is still heavy on the balsamic side (I cut with even more butter, and thought it was even better...
