“I had success with this recipe. Weighted out the flour and it came to under 2 cups. If at all possible use a kitchen scale.
I'm not sure why we add the lemon juice to the milk. It curdled the milk, but that’s what the recipe called for and like I said the recipe was a success.
Oh, I did use whole milk because that's what I had.
