"This is a wonderful salad dressing! I made it last night and put it over a bag of "spring mix" salad. I added mushrooms and red and green bell pepper, and made a quick quinoa/rice flour bread to go with it. Without the bread, it would not have been enough for a meal, but as it turned out, it was perfect. I did modify the recipe: I thought I remembered on the show she said 2 tsp of ginger, and I think I even put a tad less than that. Any more and it would have been overpowering, in my opinion. Yes, it is thick, but I like that.
Next time I will try the other additions to the salad mentioned in the reviews!
