Oh my goodness! This was my first attempt at focaccia and it was easy and turned out amazing! I made it as stated in the recipe but next time will try herbs & parmesan on top. I actually doubled this recipe to make a pan to share with my sister, so used two 13x9 lasagna pans. The bread ended up as deep as the pans. Delicious for snacking...
