I made this today, right after watching this episode. The chicken came out ok but it tasted a little like fried egg. After I poured some white wine, the sauce was great but when put the lemon juice, I feel like I messed up my gravy because it tasted like beer. "

I don´t know why but my salmon came out tasting sooo fishy and bitter. During the cooking process, the lemon sitting on top of my salmon made it bitter tasting. I don´t think I´ll try this again. "
