"Great easy recipe! I used a boneless turkey breast (2 breasts, ~3 pounds) and took about an hour to cook. Turned out very moist and flavorful. I let the herb rub sit on the turkey breast for about an hour before roasting. I think this may have helped the flavor permeate better into the meat. My husband enjoyed it very much. "Thanks Giada for this great recipe! I made it for my wedding favors. I made mini 3-tiered cakes using the fudge cut into 3 different sizes stacked. Bought clear boxes, label and ribbon....and there you have my wedding favors for my wedding. I received so many compliments and how everybody loved the fudge! "
