"This is absolutely delicious. Used a little less red wine than the recipe called for and a little more carrots to balance out the amount of the rest of the veggies. I don't think that really affected the overall flavor though. Really really yummy."

"This was so yummy and so easy to make. I used EVOO instead of canola (more flavor). My only critique would be that there was lots of the dredge left over, which I hated having to throw out, and not quite enough sauce. But we all gobbled it up regardless. Will definitely make this again."
