Really great. Used shrimp and cod. Added leeks and celery to the aromatics, as well as a hefty splash of lemon juice at the end to give a little acidic bite.

Poured over sauteed spinach and topped with rosemary bread croutons and a scattering of grated parmesan. YUM!""

Really great. I think it would benefit more if I had made it ahead and chilled it. I only had dried dill and apple cider vinegar, but even with these subs it was great. I served it on butter leaf lettuce and sliced persian cucumbers.

I absolutely love this recipe and have made it over the past several years, adding handwritten scrawls to the page in my cookbook. I add shredded carrots, and switch out the parsley for cilantro. I know that Ina doesn't care for cilantro...so maybe I'm being irreverent, but it gives it a little delicious asian flare. Sometimes some chopped, dried...
