"OMG!!! tried this out on a cheaper grade of rib roast and it came out tasting like prime!!! dry aged for 10 days and it was fork tender. phenomenal! i plan on doing this again with a higher grade. im afraid it just might be too delicious if that is even possible. ""

"while i agree that having all those spices would be delicious.... not everyone has experience with those things, or want to peruse the internet for a spice they would maybe use once. I do applaud you for your expertise but, maybe she was going for something that tasted great and used easy to find ingredients. Good luck with your cooking en-devours"
