This was delicious and I would definitely make it again. It would be a very impressive meal to serve for company. The spices in the stuffing were perfect. I used a 1.5 pound roast and cut the recipe in half since there are only 2 of us. I should have cut the cooking time down a little more as it was a little overcooked - still delicious though"

This is an incredible recipe. I made it exactly as printed (which is slightly different than the video). The tuna is not at all dry and the dressing is delicious. It would make an excellent appetizer as well as the sandwich. I served it with corn on the cob and pasta salad for a great meal."
