I loved the flavor of this. I would have been disappointed had it not been spicy. It was just right. The only thing is that I found it difficult not to burn the outside of the fish to a crisp had I left it in the pan for the recommended time. Any suggestions on what I might be doing wrong?"

This recipe directs me to combine flour with salt...then LATER in the recipe directs me to "incorporate 'ALL' the flour." Does that mean I shouldn't have put ALL the flour in in the first place? I hate these kinds of recipes that torpedo you in the middle of things. By following these directions to a tee, my mixer is having a heart attack...obviously...
