Reviewed Fabulous Fudge

"People are so funny. You know what you like, so why make it as described and then complain that the fault is in the recipe because it isn't to your personal taste? Too sweet, not sweet enough (get over yourselves). I assumed that the semi sweet/milk ratio wasn't going to be to my taste (most fudge is way too sweet for me) so I used all bittersweet chips and added a little espresso power and cinnamon. Used pecans for the nuts because that is what I had (walnuts would have been my first choice). The method is amazing, the texture is perfect. Use whatever chips make you happy and quit griping. I also want to try this with white chocolate and the Dulce de Leche condensed milk, that might be interesting.
