Reviewed Crispy Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Mushrooms and Goat Cheese

"Reviews below ... seems like none of them actually reviewed your full recipe. Omitting the chicken livers ... not a fair review. I followed your recipe. Loved this way to cook stuffed chicken. The stuffing ... yes it was earthy and rich and earthy ... did I say earthy. It was OK. Put it this way, we didn't throw out the leftovers. For a gourm""

Reviewed White Bean and Chicken Chili

"WINNER. I added fresh spinach in addition to the swiss chard. I also added 6-7 chicken tenderloins which added a nice "bite" of meat. Seasonings are perfect. Ditch the red pepper flakes if you don't like "hot." Could leave out the parsley at the end ... don't skip on the Parm! SCORE GIADA! Made my husband a happy guy tonight.

Reviewed Gingerbread Cupcakes with Orange Icing

"I made them today too (cookinMa). They are SPECTACULAR! Now, you have to like gingerbread ... and if you do, these are over-the-moon better than normal gingerbread. Don't expect a "fluffy" birthday party cupcake. These are denser than a "typical cupcake" ... but that is what makes them divine! They are not dry (25 minutes is perfect). They are sophisticated and spicy and festive and you will gain a pound or two just smelling them bake. What a special alternative to normal autumnal desserts! Pumpkin pie ... step aside! Again, Ina ... bravo!

Reviewed Cranberry Fruit Conserve

"OMG ... my husband has never liked cranberry anything for 32 years ... made this today and he LOVED it! The citrus is perfect. Flavor wonderful. I put one pear in it too ... and 1/2 t cinnamon. This will probably shame any turkey on your plate! Thank you Ina!! You are my hero!
