WINNER. I added fresh spinach in addition to the swiss chard. I also added 6-7 chicken tenderloins which added a nice "bite" of meat. Seasonings are perfect. Ditch the red pepper flakes if you don't like "hot." Could leave out the parsley at the end ... don't skip on the Parm! SCORE GIADA! Made my husband a happy guy tonight.

OMG ... my husband has never liked cranberry anything for 32 years ... made this today and he LOVED it! The citrus is perfect. Flavor wonderful. I put one pear in it too ... and 1/2 t cinnamon. This will probably shame any turkey on your plate! Thank you Ina!! You are my hero!
