"This is hands down when of the best recipes I have made from a Food Network star! My family devours this meal every time I make. Well worth the time it takes to prepare. I add about 3/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese to the mashed potato topping to give it an added little surprise and color.This recipe is a winner!"
About Me
I love food! I am Greek, Italian and Irish decent. I grew up in a large family and the dinner table was an important part of family life. We had large family gatherings for every occasion and I learned how to cook at an early age. Of course, I love to cook Greek and Italian food, but also Asian cuisine and roasts! Food to me is an expression of love especially when it is shared those you love!
