Reviewed Classic Shortbread Cookies in 4 Ingredients with added 1 ingredient Variations
"Well, I just placed the log in the fridge, but it's certainly longer than the 5" that is indicated in the recipe. I can't figure out how you would get 65 cookies out of the 5" log. That would be 13 cookies per inch...........impossible! And 1/3" cooking with a 5" log would only produce 15 cookies, not 65. Maybe you're supposed to make multiple logs????
I gave it 5 *'s since it was so simple to make and I'm sure they are delicious.
