The time given is far too long and resulted ,after just 45 minutes, in a scorched product in my newly calibrated, thermostat just replaced oven. I set a timer for 15 min intervals and all was fine after the second stirring, but the next 15 minutes were killer. I was making this for a client and now have a full sheet pan of burned product.
