Reviewed Chocolate Eclairs
"just made them now... WOW i thought it was fun making everything from scratch and the custard turned out awesome, pastry rose to perfection. i made half like eclairs and half in muffin trays both as good as each other they grew 4 to 5 times there size. all in all it took me about 3 1/2 hrs but would be a lot quicker next time. thanks for the recip"
