can I just say this is thee most amazing thing I have ever eaten. I made mashed potatoes instead of polenta. The flavor was amazing and this was fairly easy to make and well worth the wait. Im going to try this next with short ribs and beef broth. The recipe is definetly a great starting point for many types of meats!!!""

THis cranberry sauce was sooo yummy that my one year old actually devoured it when we mixed a little whipped cream with it. I did add just a touch of nutmeg and cinnamon but I did try before I added and the taste was wonderful and SUPER easy to make""

I made this for my husbands birthday and it was AWESOME, we gobbled this up so quickly I would highly recommend this for a small dinner party or as a nice treat. It was a little expensive to put together and I had a hard time finding the clams and mussels but it was WELL worth it."

this soup is soooo yummy. I followed the directions to a tee but I blended the soup to a smooth consistency and topped it with the remaining bacon and I made homemade croutons from big chunks of sourdough topped them with parm cheese and broiled them in the oven. This is super easy to make and tastes sooo good
