About Me
When I am not working I am cooking, trying different things when I can. I love to grill. Love the smoke flavor of the meat. My passion is the kitchen, always has been always will be. I will never be happy outside the kitchen. Cullenary school is a dream that I have always had but could never get that far in finances to attend. There will be a day that I will get there and I will persue my dream of owning my own resturant. That way I can share my passion with others outside the family circle.
