Easy + healthy side dish. I substituted brown rice for the basmati + cooked the peas the night before. The dressing was a little much, so I will add a little less or toss+taste the salad a little at a time. Will definitely make again. Would be a great burger side dish.""

I accidently left out the paprika, but it was still amazing. The recipe makes just 4 servings for us. Very tasty and our new favorite and healthy way to eat sweet potatoes.""

Awesome and easy. The most time-consuming thing was peeling the peaches. I cut the entire sugar amount down by 1/2, and the final product was perfect. I'll probably cut down the sugar a little more next time, but not drastically. Definitely a keeper!"
