Reviewed Panko Crusted Tilapia

"I know this has been said, but YUMMY!! This seriously is not only the most delicious fish I've ever made, but the best I've ever tasted--and I eat a lot of seafood! I did use fresh tilapia that was just caught today, so I think I have to attribute a portion of it to that. The crust was perfect and crispy, and so flavorful, but did not overshadow..."

Reviewed Fruit-Tart Flag

"These were yummy & a big hit! First of all, I came up with a solution to the problem of making them in advance & having soggy phyllo cups. Reviewed Quick Vanilla Buttercream Frosting

"This is by far the best frosting I've ever had. I've always been disgusted by bakeries that make what they call "BUTTERcream" frosting with shortening. Then it should be called "Criscocream" . . . yes, this is sweet and buttery, but that's what it's supposed to be, after all! Otherwise, there are other frosting recipes out there that are more in line of what you are looking for. My great-grandfather was a chef in France and my grandmother used to make his recipe for buttercream. It sadly got lost at some point, but I can tell you this is exactly what it tasted like. For a true buttercream frosting, this is my go-to recipe--I've been using it for years with rave results every time!! VERY hard to not just eat it out of the bowl. Yum! Thanks Gale!!"
