"The cinnamon scared me off so I didn't use it. I used extra lean stew beef-little more expensive, but it's already cut and packaged. Instead of using one large can of tomatoes, I used two 14.5-oz cans-one petit cut diced tomatoes and one diced tomatoes (zesty chili style). I decreased the amount of chili powder since I used the zesty tomatoes. I""
